Three years ago, an idea was born to build student accommodations in Silverest. Five Zambians living in Australia saw the vision and each contributed funds towards the project, while others stated it was not possible to work together. The five engaged with a developer who built 12 units near one of the biggest universities in Lusaka. Last year, Silverest Real Estate was open to the public, and a few students from within Zambia and overseas were accommodated.
The university administrators were happy with the premises and promised to work in collaboration with the Silverest Estate Team to accommodate some of their students from other countries.
We are privileged to receive this gesture and will work hard to have the premises ready.
