What is ZOZ Corp
Zambians in Australia Co-operative (ZOZ Corp) is a network of investors closing the gap between affordable real estate and accommodation in Africa.
The co-founding investors are Zambian-Australians who began their first project to build university student and professional accommodation next to the University of Lusaka (UNILAS), Zambia, in Central Africa. The initiative is a blended model of “Chilimba” concepts, a traditional Zambian way of pouring resources together to increase equity in investment and mainstream business concepts.
The contemporary, environmentally friendly, world-class, and secure student units in phase one are now complete and occupied by UNILAS students from Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Zambia, as well as professional staff. Over the next few years, ZOZ Corp envisions expanding their vision across the continent of Africa.
