The founding investors of Zambians in Australia Co-operative (ZOZ Corp) came together in 2021 on a mission that ‘If they can save together, they can build together.’ Utilizing the “Chilimba” or “Susu” saving method, they put their rotational savings together into their first student accommodation property deal. We are committed to helping people build wealth through astute investing strategies by pooling our collective experience, knowledge, and finances.

There are 12 apartments, which include a kitchen area, 2 private bedrooms, living space, and an indoor bathroom. There is a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers and a solar-powered water tank, as well as security guard, maid, and gardener services.
